Understandably, hefty, one-off repair bills are not something that anyone wants to face, especially with Christmas around the corner, which is where maintenance contracts come to the rescue.

What is a Maintenance Contract?

A Spafix Maintenance Contract spreads the cost over a full 12 months to help you avoid any ‘One-off’ hefty bills. Currently, we offer a total of six different contracts, with prices starting from just £9.99.

Types of Contract

Bronze: From £9.99 – £19.99 (Depending on Location)

Our Bronze contract includes free phone support along with unlimited callouts, labour and mileage. On top of this, we offer a 5% discount on all chemicals, filters, accessories and covers, plus a 10% full servicing discount.

Silver: From £19.99 – £29.99 (Depending on Location)

The silver contract not only includes free phone support along with unlimited callouts, labour and mileage, but also 10% off all chemicals, filters, accessories, covers, jets and headrests. In addition, we offer 50% off all parts, plus a 10% full servicing discount!

Gold: From £24.99 – £39.99 (Depending on Location)

Our gold contract not only includes free phone support along with unlimited callouts, labour, mileage, and parts! In addition, you will receive 10% off all chemicals, filters, accessories and covers, 20% off jets and headrests. Plus a 10% full servicing discount!

Platinum: From £45.00 – £59.99 (Depending on Location)

Platinum contracts provide customers with free phone support along with unlimited callouts, labour, mileage, and parts! You will also receive 20% off all chemicals, filters, and accessories, 10% of covers, and 25% off jets and headrests. The platinum contract also includes one free full service!

Platinum Plus: From £59.99 – £64.99 (Depending on Location)

Platinum Plus focuses more on servicing as opposed to repairs. You will still receive telephone support, as well as 20% off all chemicals, filters, and accessories. Platinum Plus also includes 10% off covers, one free full service, and three easy fresh services.

Platinum Premium: From £89.99 – £119.99 (Depending on Location)

Platinum Premium includes free phone support along with unlimited callouts, labour, mileage, and parts! You will also receive 20% off all chemicals and accessories, a free set of filters, 10% off covers, and 25% off jets and headrests. One free full service and three easy fresh services are also included.

Which Contract Should I Choose?

Prior to a contract being signed, we will arrange a FREE, no-obligation site survey to verify that your hot tub is in a suitable condition to be able to offer a Maintenance Contract. We will advise you of the most appropriate standard of cover to suit the present use of your hot tub and how best to proceed should there be any repairs or new parts needed prior to acceptance on the scheme.
