Maintenance Contracts at a Glance 

All Spafix maintenance plans include unlimited callouts and labour on most tiers, with parts cover available from the Gold plan upwards (excluding Platinum Plus). Customers also benefit from exclusive discounts on chemicals, filters, accessories, and annual servicing. Higher-tier Platinum plans include quarterly “Easy Fresh”, our hot tub drain and cleaning service, and all contract holders receive priority scheduling for repairs.

How does a maintenance contract work?

Our maintenance contracts are designed to give you peace of mind and ensure your hot tub stays in top condition year-round. Once you sign up, you’ll receive scheduled servicing throughout the year, priority booking, and discounted rates on repairs (depending on your contract level: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Platinum Plus, or Platinum Premium).

The right maintenance plan depends on how often you use your hot tub, its age, and how much support you want.

  • Bronze & Silver plans are ideal for newer tubs or light usage.
  • Gold & Platinum plans suit regular use and offer more comprehensive servicing and repair support.
  • Platinum Plus & Premium are best for customers who want maximum convenience, priority service, and minimal hands-on maintenance.

The cost of our hot tub maintenance contract varies depending on the level of cover you choose and your location. Plans are designed to spread the cost of servicing across the year, making maintenance more manageable and predictable.

Yes — a maintenance contract can help reduce the likelihood of costly repairs by keeping your hot tub properly serviced throughout the year.

Regular maintenance helps identify and resolve small issues before they become major problems. Many of our plans also include discounted labour and parts, which can significantly reduce repair costs over time.

Parts are included in some of our higher-tier maintenance plans, while others offer discounted rates on replacement parts.

We cover most hot tub brands on our Bronze to Platinum Premium maintenance contracts; however, there are some exceptions. If a brand has restricted or licensed parts that we cannot source, we are unable to support that brand under these contract levels.

That said, we offer a Platinum Plus Cleaning Contract for customers with those brands, which is a great alternative to maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep.

Your hot tub does need to be in a serviceable condition to qualify for a maintenance contract. This ensures we can maintain it effectively and prevent ongoing issues.

We’d need to learn more about your hot tub and its history before confirming eligibility. That’s why we offer a free, no-obligation site survey, where we assess the condition of the tub, check access, and confirm suitability for one of our maintenance plans.

If your hot tub requires repairs before starting a maintenance contract, these will usually need to be completed first. This ensures the spa is in a suitable condition for ongoing servicing.

During our free site survey, we’ll identify any issues and provide clear recommendations. Once any necessary repairs are carried out, we can then set up your maintenance plan to keep everything running smoothly.

Yes, we can cover many older or second-hand hot tubs, provided they are in a suitable working condition and parts are still available.

No, inflatable hot tubs are not eligible for our maintenance contracts.

Yes — the contract can be transferred if the new owners agree to take it on. They would need to start a new 12-month agreement in their name. Like all customers, they are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
If the new owners cancel within that time, the original contract holder remains liable for any outstanding balance. If you’re moving, please speak to us — we’re happy to guide you through the options.

You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of agreement. After that, the contract runs for a minimum of 12 months. It will then automatically renew annually unless you notify us otherwise.
