“The staff are always helpful and welcoming if we go into the showroom and they have great stock. Gary come to do our yearly service and had to arrange for an engineer to return to replace a pump, but got the process started for us by getting the showroom staff to get it arranged, we will be contacted when they have dates to get them back. Gary fully explained what he was doing and assisted with setting up our cleaning times so as not to disturb our neighbours too early or late. Great service from all the staff and we are 17 year customers and never had any issues, great customer service.”

“Gary did an excellent job in servicing my spa. I would recommend the service contract with Spa Fix as it takes a lot of the usual problems encountered in complete DIY management of the water and filter away; although the spa is easy to run I feel that the back up of the service contract enhances the enjoyment of the spa. Gary was exceptionally good a communication and customer service and he made me feel a valued customer. When the job was finished the whole spa including cover was polished and really well presented. “Just had new Hot Tub delivered from Spa Fix, we have been with them on a maintenance contract for our old Hot Tub for the last 10 years. We have always had Excellent service. “Great service from beginning to end. Carl stayed late so we could view the Spas. He was knowledgable and informative. He managed to get us a quick delivery so the tub was fitted ready for a special occasion. Again out of his normal working hours Carl did a site visit to ensure his team could get access to the garden so the installation ran smoothly on the day.
