Maintenance and Servicing

Regular hot tub servicing helps extend the life of your spa, maintain water quality, and reduce the risk of costly breakdowns. We offer one-off services or flexible plans, all carried out by qualified engineers.

Biofilm remover and shock dose to flush internal pipework
Filters soaked and cleaned (replacement may be advised if needed)
Complete drain, clean, rinse, and vacuum of the hot tub
Check heater is clear and free of scale
Refill with fresh water, filters rinsed and reinstalled
Pumps primed and hot tub re-commissioned
Water balanced using customer-supplied chemicals
Cover cleaned and conditioned with UV-protective silicone-based treatment
Service signed off with customer and repair notes provided

Full system check of pumps, blowers, and electrical components
Pipework and glue-joint inspection

Pumps primed and hot tub re-commissioned
