Quarterly drain-down and refresh service
  • Biofilm remover and shock dose to flush internal pipework
  • Filters soaked and cleaned (replacement may be advised if needed)
  • Complete drain, clean, rinse, and vacuum of the hot tub
  • Check heater is clear and free of scale
  • Refill with fresh water, filters rinsed and reinstalled
  • Pumps primed and hot tub re-commissioned
  • Water balanced using customer-supplied chemicals
  • Cover cleaned and conditioned with UV-protective silicone-based treatment
  • Service signed off with customer and repair notes provided

Spafix Once

Full annual clean and maintenance service
  • Biofilm remover and shock dose to flush internal pipework
  • Filters soaked and cleaned (replacement may be advised if needed)
  • All jets checked and deep-cleaned
  • Full system check of pumps, blowers, and electrical components
  • Pipework and glue-joint inspection
  • Complete drain, clean, rinse, and vacuum of the hot tub
  • Circulation pump descaled and inspected
  • Unions tightened and small seals checked/replaced
  • Refill with fresh water, filters rinsed and reinstalled
  • Pumps primed and hot tub re-commissioned
