Hi Darren, I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say how grateful we are to you and your team for the repairs recently carried out on our hot tub. Despite the initial problems on diagnosing the root cause, you returned without question on several occasions and worked hard to ensure that we were completely satisfied with all the work. I can now say that our tub is as “good as new” and we are enjoying using it almost every day. The extras of new LED light, spa cover and lifter (all fitted by yourselves) has made the tub even more of a pleasure to use.
