I am writing to you today, as people to do not give praise enough for good work, but are always far to quick to complain. From the outset Will was friendly, professional and talked through the hot tub issue and gave me several solutions for fixing the problem. I must say he is a total asset to your company and really worth keeping hold of. If i had to find something to complain about or even just one negative point, I couldn’t! Which is quite unusual for me, as I find customer service in the UK is abysmal. So from Will’s behaviour, attitude, service and skill I will now always use Spa Fix in the future and recommend anyone that I come across with a hot tub to use your company. Now that is the impression you want your staff to give, and you have delivered! Please make sure that Will gets that praise and appreciation from this email and that his manager is also informed.
