I am well aware that because of the situation of our house that it was not by far the easiest installation your guys will have handled, and we were both very impressed and grateful for you organising the contractors who built the scaffolding at such a reasonable rate. We are absolutely delighted with the spa, and it seems to be having a beneficial effect already with regards to Trish’s medical condition. Again, many thanks not only for the excellent deal you gave us, but also you “after-sales service” in terms of friendly advice and helping so promptly to sort out that minor issue with the sound system.
