To whom it may concern/Carl, This is just a few lines to express my thanks and appreciation for the work that your Engineer, Gerrod, has done to get our Hot tub working. We have been struggling for many years with two ” so called ” Beachcomber agents who have been spectacularly unreliable and incompetent not to mention the huge fees and fitting wrong parts etc. ( Gerrod does what he says he will do and also has good office back up ). We have therefore taken out a service contract for one year and will be buying all our chemicals from your company and would recommend Spa fix to our friends.
