It hasn’t ran this well in years

Thank you for your help in repairing my spa. A while ago I asked a firm of spa ‘repairers’ to fix my 2001 spa. They came twice and had no idea, just kept on referring to a new spa. Well my thoughts are if you can’t fix the old one I really don’t have much faith. Also a salesperson said that if it was a pump that would cost around £400 and will only last around 2 years!!! Gerrod rang at 9am said he would be with us at 10am, he was. 20 mins later sensors renewed (he said one was not attached). It hasn’t ran this well in years.
