View our other customer commentsI am not one for writing letters to companies who have attended my home at my request, but on this occasion I wanted to express my thanks.
As you will be aware I was booked in for a service with one of your engineers on Tuesday 11th November. On this occasion you engineer Gerrod attended promptly and was clearly ready to carry out the work required. As I am new to the world of spas I had not filled mine up as I had never used it before. This would have been a problem but Gerrod explained that to carry out the work we needed the spa filled. Having completed the task he went on to carry out what I as a novice can only describe as a first class job. He explained what he was doing at every stage which gave me confidence in his ability and together we resurrected the tub from the dead. I have since had cause (through my own lack of knowledge) to call him a couple of times and he has been nothing but patient and courteous. Without doubt I will request he take care of any future issues at my home and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
Just checked my spa again and it is superb !!!
