Just had my annual tub service carried out very thoroughly and professionally by Gary. Bearing in mind it is certainly over 30 years old, it works perfectly and should anything go wrong I know Spafix will be there for the "Fix!" as they have been in the past.Highly recommended by Nicki and Alex.
We had a hot tub problem so contacted Spafix. So impressed with everything. I sent an email on a Sunday night, and was contacted immediately on Monday morning, booked in for Tuesday.A lovely technician arrived called Will, who was professional and friendly, and who explained everything he was doing as he went. He went over and above to help us, and although he went through different contracts we could buy into, there was no hard sell. He was thorough and tidied up afterwards, and we were so pleased with the service. Would totally recommend this company, and Will of course!!
Carl, Tony and the team were excellent. From our first visit to the shop throughout the installation they couldn’t have been more helpful. They were knowledgeable and flexible, working with our builders to get the best for our project and took every bit of stress out of the process. The jacuzzi looks fantastic and the way that Tony gave us all the advice on how to look after it and control it was great. It came with everything we needed to get going and the follow up service after from Carl has demonstrated how much spafix care about their customers and their excellent products. Would highly recommend.
I have had only very good experiences with Spafix and have been using them for several years. The service is excellent. My hot tub broke down at the weekend, I rang Spafix on Monday morning and amazing Will came out on Tuesday morning and fixed it straightaway. Communication from the staff is excellent and I highly recommend this company.
On time. Super quick at moving the 6 person spa into a pit. Only took two of them when we had tried 4 people! Pays to know what you're doing! Having them back to do the final commissioning.
Had a problem with our spa, they came out promptly and sorted one problem out, called them again and they came out again, ordered the part and fitted it and all is good as new

These guys are first class. Fantastic product. But more importantly their customer service is second to none. We inherited a hot tub when we bought our house. They would come service it, replaced the lid, etc. Then we replaced it, and they did an amazing job removing the old one and installing the new one. They took such great care and worked so hard. True professionals from management to the guys on the ground.
Always dreamt of having a beautiful hot tub, Spafix were fantastic from start to finish their customer service was faultless. Carl, Tony and the whole team so knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble.Install was tricky but they knew exactly what they were doing to get it into our back garden, even in appalling weather!Service doesn't just stop after they have finished, I know I can call them if I have any problems or questions. We are delighted with our purchase...a dream come true!

Fantastic service by Hot Tub Engineer Liam. As well as completing a very efficient service, Liam also provided some expert advice and guidance on how to get the best out our tub. Really pleased that I chose to invest in an annual service plan.

I found Spafix last year via ‘Check a Trade’ and the reason I decided to enlist their services is because they were so quick to respond to my request. We bought our hot tub from them and have it serviced and cleaned by them also . The customer service is excellent and Gary, who services it and cleans it couldn’t be nicer or more friendly. We highly recommend them.
Gary was really helpful and offered different options to sort our hot tub due to a high acidity over a long period of time.Really pleased with the service and knowledge.
Carl did the deal. Tony did the install. I don't write reviews, not really my thing but my experience from end to end warrants it. I can be pernickety at times with big ticket purchases, you want things to be right. And I can be critical. If I could give a 6 star review, I would. Carl took the worries away with a non sales approach and Tony did a great install with some key learnings along the way.The tub, with heat source, heats up twice as quick as I was expecting and me and the kids absolutely love it.Top notch service and of course the hot tub itself, is amazing.Thanks guys.
We have been a customer of Spa Fix for about 4 years now and would strongly recommend them for their warm, courteous and professional service. Our contract is for 4 visits per year, 3 refresh and 1 complete service. We usually request being the first visit of the day due to our handicapped son calling on our time later in the day, this request has always been granted for which we are extremely grateful. All their service personnel are very polite and reliable (I think the coffee and biscuits help).
I cant recomend this company enough if you are lucky enough to speak to Lorrain she is very kno;edgable and incrediably hepful she went put of her way to meet my tiome frames as i have a holiday rental so she made things happen quickly . she was also very friendly

I have just had my hot tub serviced by Gary. I am very happy with the service offered by Spafix and in nearly 20 years had no cause for complaint for either the service or any maintenance repairs. Gary always does a good job and is respectful of our property. I have plenty of notice of the visit and reminders nearer the time. Gary is always on time and the servicing is efficient. Have been really impressed with SpaFix since February. The fitting of the unit was done in horrific weather and quite challenging but went well and the after sales service has been excellent. Personally I'd recommend the contract to keep the tub in the best condition. Gary does the services regularly and is extremely professional. Thank you Gary !
