What is a Spafix Maintenance Contract?

We recognise that you want your hot tub ready to use when you want to use it throughout the year. A Spafix Maintenance Contract spreads the cost over a full 12 months to help you avoid any ‘One-off’ hefty bills. Prior to a contract being signed, we will arrange a FREE, no Obligation site survey to verify that your hot tub is in a suitable condition to be able to offer a Maintenance Contract. We will advise you of the most appropriate standard of cover to suit the present use of your hot tub and how best to proceed should there be any repairs or new parts needed prior to acceptance on the scheme. A Maintenance Contract will not only keep your hot tub in peak condition but will also help us to efficiently plan your maintenance and service throughout the year, keeping overall costs down. These guys are first class. Fantastic product. But more importantly their customer service is second to none. We inherited a hot tub when we bought our house. They would come service it, replaced the lid, etc. Then we replaced it, and they did an amazing job removing the old one and installing the new one. They took such great care and worked so hard. I found Spafix last year via ‘Check a Trade’ and the reason I decided to enlist their services is because they were so quick to respond to my request. Carl did the deal. Tony did the install. I don't write reviews, not really my thing but my experience from end to end warrants it. I can be pernickety at times with big ticket purchases, you want things to be right. And I can be critical. If I could give a 6 star review, I would. Carl took the worries away with a non sales approach and Tony did a great install with some key learnings along the way.The tub, with heat source, heats up twice as quick as I was expecting and me and the kids absolutely love it.Top notch service and of course the hot tub itself, is amazing.Thanks guys.

We have been a customer of Spa Fix for about 4 years now and would strongly recommend them for their warm, courteous and professional service. Our contract is for 4 visits per year, 3 refresh and 1 complete service. We usually request being the first visit of the day due to our handicapped son calling on our time later in the day, this request has always been granted for which we are extremely grateful. All their service personnel are very polite and reliable (I think the coffee and biscuits help).

A few years ago, we signed up to the Platinum Full Service agreement with SpaFix. This has proved invaluable. The engineer is friendly & helpful & leaves the hot-tub as good as new after it’s annual service. The tub is over 20 years old but with the ongoing care from SpaFix, it is still going strong. I would highly recommend this Company.
