I sent an email on a Sunday night, and was contacted immediately on Monday morning, booked in for Tuesday.A lovely technician arrived called Will, who was professional and friendly, and who explained everything he was doing as he went. He went over and above to help us, and although he went through different contracts we could buy into, there was no hard sell. They were knowledgeable and flexible, working with our builders to get the best for our project and took every bit of stress out of the process. The jacuzzi looks fantastic and the way that Tony gave us all the advice on how to look after it and control it was great. Carl did the deal. Tony did the install. I don't write reviews, not really my thing but my experience from end to end warrants it. I can be pernickety at times with big ticket purchases, you want things to be right. And I can be critical. If I could give a 6 star review, I would. Carl took the worries away with a non sales approach and Tony did a great install with some key learnings along the way.The tub, with heat source, heats up twice as quick as I was expecting and me and the kids absolutely love it.Top notch service and of course the hot tub itself, is amazing.Thanks guys.

Our contract is for 4 visits per year, 3 refresh and 1 complete service.
