Heat Pumps
A Vian Power Air Source Heat Pump can be up to 75% more energy efficient than standard heating options. Simply put, they produce more heat (energy) than they use in electricity (energy). Our heat pump range has been incredibly popular with our customers, offering fantastic savings with a two-three year payback rate. With a heating range from 15oC to 40oC, a full inverter and operating sounds between only 32dB to 49dB, these pumps are for retrofit Hot Tubs and Swim Spas and are available in 5KW, 7KW and 9KW models as “Standard” or “Plus”.
It is also worth noting that these pumps can operate between -10 oC to 43 oC, and were tested between the 8th December 2022 to the 7th January 2023. This was a particularly cold snap with overnight temperatures reaching lower than -5oc and barely above freezing throughout the day. The average daily kWh usage over the test period was just 3.75 kWh equating to £1.27 per day.
